Laura’s journey is a testament to resilience. Her story begins in the fire, rises in faith, and ignites fearlessness in every woman she meets. She has triumphed over some of life’s most challenging trials, from surviving a catastrophic event and a near-death health crisis to profound loss following her husband's tragic passing to suicide. Her rebellious spirit and unwavering determination have made her a beacon of hope, empowering others to persevere.

As a strong, fearless, woman with an indomitable spirit, Laura is on a mission to empower others, especially midlife women, overcome some of life’s greatest challenges by illuminating the path to healing and sharing secrets to unlocking the keys to health, wealth, and happiness.

Her acclaimed book, “I’m Not Afraid to Die, but I’m Not Done Living: 5 Essential Keys to Jumpstart Your Path to Healing,” is available on Amazon. Her highly anticipated release in this series, “What Happened to My Happy? 3 Essential Keys to Jumpstart Your Path to Happiness,” is scheduled for publication in 2025.

Laura resides in Southern California with her adorable dog, Rocky and is a proud mother to two grown sons. She enjoys a vibrant and joyful life, including a five-year romance that serves as a testament that life is always evolving in extraordinary ways.

A Comeback Coach for Midlife Women!

At the heart of Laura's approach is the MINDSET that no matter what life throws at you, within you is the power to change your thinking and reinvent your life. At age 50, Laura was faced with a life threatening diagnosis and surgery just 3 days after her mother had died in her arms. After a year of recovery, she made her comeback as she embraced, embodied and emerged as a new woman and reinvented her businesses to align with her core values. At age 61 tragedy struck again as she lost her beloved husband of 35 years to suicide as a result of the opioid epidemic. All her dreams for the future were shattered into a million pieces! Now widowed and wondering, where and how to pick up the pieces and move forward.

First , you must embrace the challenge and surrender in order to capture the insights to change, then embody those insights and emerge with a new perspective, idea or inspiration. Inspiration means spirit-in-action. When we connect and allow spiritual insights to work through us, we activate a collaboration with our true highest self and rediscover our passions which lead to our true purpose and a reason to live because "you're not done living"!

Through inspiring workshops, books and personal coaching, Laura shows you how to implement everyday practices and tools in a simplified manner to change your life. Laura inspires women in midlife to overcome obstacles especially fear, doubt and worry and transform that fear to faith and courage in order to catch the vision of their highest calling and purpose in life. With a focus on mindfulness and self-discovery, one can tap into their inner strengths and passions utilizing spiritual tools and practices, create attainable goals and implement daily practices to transform your life to passion and purpose.
